With this membership, the intention is to create a grounded, communal space where silence is not empty but full of presence, insight & connection.
Through guides, practices and shared stillness, we come into deeper relationship with silence, words & voice.
Is silence a teaching? A philosophy? A practice?
Silence is not a single role.
It’s not the teacher, the path or the truth.
But the field in which all of those become possible.
You will find practices to try, ideas to sit with & questions to carry. There is no right way to move through this space. You are invited to listen to your own rhythm, your own voice, your own unfolding.

Each month, we gather in quiet community.
We sit in silence. We write. We listen. We let things come. We explore.

A live gathering to ground, sit in silence, write & share (if you wish).
A place to be with what arises, to witness and be witnessed, not solved.
There will be a morning & an evening circle each month, with the hope you can make at least one.
30 days of silence | A beginning
A gentle invitation to sit for 5 to 10 minutes each day for 30 days.
No instructions. No pressure. Just presence.
30 days to reset. To listen again. To simply connect to yourself.
Optional prompts & reflections as well as a 30-min 1:1 call at the end of your 30 days to share your experience should you wish.
