Pre-Session Invitation
Once you have booked, you will receive an invitation to begin the process & share your business story, current situation, vision & intention for our time together.
Arrival & Grounding Meditation
We arrive slowly & together. Taking the time check-in.
I will then guide through a short energetic meditation in order to land in the body & connect to your inner knowing.
Guided Exploration
Together, we’ll explore whatever feels most alive (your “why,” your offerings, your energy…) followed by an intuitive strategy session tailored to your needs. This may include:
Refining or reconnecting with your core message
Mapping a project, offering, or transition
Gaining clarity on next steps
Light website or branding guidance
Or simply… space to listen
You don’t need to have it all figured out. This session is often enough to bring clarity, spark momentum or soften the pressure.
Closing
A gentle closing meditation to honour our time together.
Post-Session Integration
I will follow up from our session with some next steps or areas to explore as well as some reflections or short practices to support with the integration.
