The Story Within | A Circle Exploring Silence
A space to return to the quiet, to listen deeply & to remember the ways.
The intention for this circle is to create a grounded, communal space where silence is full of presence, insight & connection. Through prompts, shares and stillness, we come into deeper relationship with silence. With ourselves & one another.
This circle takes place monthly on the 2nd Wednesday at 11am.

Silence is relational
It becomes what we meet it with. A field in which many possibilities lie. A paradox to explore. A much needed medicine in these times.
Together we will explore its many layers, enquire about how it feels, where it sits, how we understand it & more. There is no right way to move through this space. You are invited to listen to your own rhythm, your own voice, your own unfolding.
Silence has been so important for my nervous system in a world that feels very noisy as of late. A balm of sorts.
What is included
We gather monthly.
Online Circle | 90 min
We will begin in silence followed by a short introduction & the sharing of our voices to introduce ourselves & check in on how we arrive.
I will hold you through a grounding meditation before offering you an enquiry or simple question. We will sit in silence to listen to what arises. A moment to contemplate.
There will be time to journal. To have a cuppa. To gaze at a candle.
We will then open the circle for shares. Taking the time to acknowledge the silence in between.
30 days of silence | A beginning
I will send a gentle invitation to sit for 5 to 10 minutes each day for 30 days.
No instructions. No pressure. Just presence.
30 days to reset. To listen again. To simply connect to yourself.
Optional prompts & reflections as well as a 30-min 1:1 call at the end of your 30 days to share your experience should you wish.
