This session is a place to bring your questions, your quiet knowing, your uncertainty. Together we weave energy work with grounded business support, allowing what wants to emerge to come forward with more ease.
You might arrive with the seed of a new offering, the sense that something is shifting or a website that no longer fits. You might not have words yet. That’s welcome too.
We begin with presence, with energy, with what is. From there, we explore your next steps in a way that is led by your rhythm, your truth, your unique work.
What to expect
A spacious, focused business alignment session designed to meet you where you are.
Pre-Session Invitation
Once you have booked, you will receive an invitation to begin the process & share your business story, current situation, vision & intention for our time together.
Session Arrival
We arrive slowly. Through breath, body & stillness, I will guide you into presence.
We will check in & have a brief overview of how you arrive.
Reiki Grounding Meditation
I will then guide though a short Reiki meditation in order to land in the body & connect to your inner knowing.
Guided Exploration
Together, we’ll explore whatever feels most alive (your “why,” your offerings, your energy…) followed by an intuitive strategy session tailored to your needs. This may include:
Refining or reconnecting with your core message
Mapping a project, offering, or transition
Gaining clarity on next steps
Light website or branding guidance
Or simply… space to listen
You don’t need to have it all figured out. This session is often enough to bring clarity, spark momentum or soften the pressure.
Closing
A gentle closing meditation to honour our time together.
Post-Session Integration
I will follow up from our session with some next steps or areas to explore as well as some reflections or short practices to support with the integration.

This is a one-off, two-hour session held online. We will also communicate prior & after your session via email.
