But true change takes time. We live in a world that moves fast. This space doesn’t.
If you feel called to go deeper, to give yourself this gift, the Elements Series offers a five-session journey that mirrors the natural cycles of life and its elements to invite a slow unfolding. It’s a quiet commitment to yourself.

What is included
60-minute session
Your Reiki session will be held either in person or from the comfort of your own home. In both cases, we begin with a short conversation to check in on how you are and ask any questions you may have. From there, we transition into the session, beginning with a few slow breaths to arrive in the space together.
For in-person sessions, you’ll lie fully clothed on a therapy couch or mat. I will gently move around you, working just above the body with occasional light touch (with your consent). For online sessions, you’ll be invited to create a quiet spot at home. After we speak, we’ll go offline for the energy work to unfold, just as it would in person.
Whether in the room or at a distance, Reiki meets you where you are. You may feel warmth, tingling, emotion, stillness or nothing at all. Some people feel deeply relaxed or fall asleep; others feel clear or quietly energized. All experiences are welcome — there is no right or wrong way to receive.

The process often begins the moment you choose to be held in this way.
Something shifts, quietly, beneath the surface, simply by saying yes.
I’m here to support you before and after your session, with care that extends beyond our time together. In the lead up to your session, you’ll receive simple guidance to prepare and I’ll offer space for any questions, intentions or feelings that arise.
Following our session, you’re invited to rest, reflect or share what came up, if you wish. I may offer gentle reflections, prompts or short practices to support integration, always guided by your rhythm and needs.
This is not just a session, it’s a quiet journey and you don’t have to walk it alone.
