Held at The Forge Therapy Centre & Float Rooms in Totnes on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month. This session lasts up to 2.5 hours.

Water is life’s original holding field. It soothes the nervous system, softens tension, cleanses on many a level & invites surrender. When combined with energy work, it becomes an even deeper invitation. One that allows you to access subtler layers of your being with ease and softness.

Ease into the space with a gentle welcome & time to arrive. This is your time to slow down and prepare for the depth of the experience ahead.
Together, we’ll enter the float room : a warm, quiet sanctuary where you’ll be cradled by water and the presence of Reiki energy. With both of us in the water, this session offers a profoundly held experience that blends stillness, subtle touch and intuitive guidance. The water becomes a medium amplifying the energetic flow and allowing for deep restoration & release.
Remain in the water on your own, letting the session integrate in silence & solitude. This is a powerful opportunity to rest into what has opened, shifted or softened.
Following your float, we will give space to anything that might have arised & you will be invited to softly integrate, share, journal or simply be. This space is here for you to gently land & ground before stepping back into your day.

I’m here to support you before and after your session, with care that extends beyond our time together. In the lead up to your session, you’ll receive simple guidance to prepare & I’ll offer space for any questions, intentions or feelings that arise.
Following our session, you’re invited to rest & reflect. I may offer gentle reflections, prompts or short practices to support integration, always guided by your rhythm and needs.
