Service Agreement

1. What’s Included

Over the course of our time together, you will receive:

• Six themed chapters (typically over 3–6 months), each including:

  • One 90-minute session (Reiki + business focus)

  • One 30-minute check-in session

  • Personalized practices, prompts, and reflections between sessions

• Ongoing email or voice note support (within agreed response windows)

• A spacious, personalized experience built on presence, not pressure

• // Optional Full website support (creation or evolution), including:

  • Visual and brand guidance

  • Site structure and content flow

  • Basic SEO foundations

Please note: Website-related costs such as hosting, domain, paid extensions, CRMs or third-party integrations are not included and will be covered by the client.

2. Pricing & Payment

Essence to Expression Journey: £1,100 GBP

Optional Website Implementation: + from £700 GBP

Total with Website Support: from £1,800 GBP

• Payment plans are available if needed.

• Payment is made via bank transfer or secure payment link.

• The first payment is required to secure your place and begin the journey.

3. Scheduling & Commitment

• The rhythm of the journey is flexible (typically 3 to 6 months).

• Sessions are scheduled via email or an agreed booking system.

• If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
  Cancellations with less than 48 hours may not be rescheduled.

This container works best with steady, ongoing presence. While spaciousness is welcome, we’ll aim to complete the journey within 6 months, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Boundaries & Responsibility

This journey is a co-creation.

As your guide, I will:

• Hold the space with integrity, care and confidentiality

• Offer Reiki and energetic support grounded in presence

• Provide clear steps, exercises and design support throughout

As the client, you agree to:

• Show up to sessions with openness and responsibility

• Complete reflective and practical tasks in between sessions

• Communicate if you’re feeling overwhelmed, unclear or need to adjust the pace

You are responsible for your decisions, actions and the implementation of any business strategies we explore together.

5. Website Scope (if selected)

Website support includes:

• Structure and content layout for up to 5 pages

• Design guidance aligned with your brand and energy

• Light editing of your written content (copywriting support)

• Implementation via platforms such as Squarespace, Wix or WordPress (using pre-built templates or light customisation)

As add-ons, it can include:

• Branding packages (e.g. logos, custom fonts)

• E-commerce builds or membership sites

• Ongoing website maintenance post-launch

We’ll clarify your needs early in the process to ensure the level of support fits.

6. Refund Policy

This offering is a time and energy intensive co-creation.

As such, no refunds will be provided once the journey has begun. If you need to pause due to exceptional circumstances, please reach out to explore options together.

7. Confidentiality & Ethics

All sessions, content and conversations are held in confidence.

You agree not to share session content, exercises or materials with others outside this container without written permission. Likewise, I will treat your work and ideas with care and confidentiality.

8. Disclaimer

This offering blends energy work with business strategy. It is not therapy, financial advice or legal consultation. You are encouraged to seek additional professional guidance where needed.

9. Contact & Communication

Support between sessions is offered via email or voice notes, typically responded to within 48 hours during weekdays.

10. Agreement

By booking and participating in Essence to Expression, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
